At Wax to the Macs we endeavour to have your order on their way to you within 24 hours of placing your order on business days. 

  • We offer flat rate postage of $12 on all orders within Australia/New Zealand
  •  Want it quickly? $15 express postage on all orders within Australia only
  • FREE standard shipping on all orders over $80!
  • Free local Contactless Delivery to the Newcastle & Hunter region. Details below. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking. Please be aware, Wax to the Macs is not liable for loss or damage of an item during transit. 

Not in Australia?

We currently only post Australia wide and to New Zealand and aren't able to offer international shipping just yet!


If you live in Newcastle or the Hunter region you can take advantage of our free contactless delivery service. Delivery is available on weekends only and will be scheduled for the weekend after you place your order unless an alternative arrangement has been made. 

I will contact you to confirm the day and time of the delivery and send you photo confirmation via text once your order has been delivered.

If you are not from the Newcastle & Hunter region and choose this delivery option, we will contact you with an invoice for the remaining payment for shipping and your order will not be shipped until the remaining cost is paid.

Please be aware our products are handcrafted and are to be used at your own risk. Please refer to our FAQ page for guidance on how to use our products safely. 



If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We DO NOT offer returns on SALE stock or for a change of mind.

All products are tested and quality checked before leaving our HQ. If in the unlikely event your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us with images of the fault. If the item is found to be damaged or faulty, we will refund the order. Any return shipping for faulty items will be covered by Wax to the Macs.

Do you have damaged items?

We take extra care to package your candles and products safely to minimise the chances of damage occurring during transit. However, sometimes things happen!
